Beat My IQ is a free online intelligence challenge and trivia game that allows users to test their pattern recognition, spatial reasoning, logical deduction, and general knowledge, and compare their scores on a global leaderboard.
You may play as a guest without an account, but creating an account is required to save scores and appear on the leaderboard. When creating an account you agree to:

The IQ scores provided by Beat My IQ are for entertainment purposes only. They are calculated based on your performance on our specific set of questions and are not a clinically validated measure of intelligence. They should not be used for medical, educational, or professional purposes.
Leaderboard rankings are based on your best score and are subject to change as other players compete.
The Service, including its design, questions, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Beat My IQ. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.
By submitting a username or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content as part of the Service (for example, on the leaderboard).
Your username is publicly visible on the leaderboard. You are responsible for your username and any content associated with your account. We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that violate these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service. The Service is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, subject to Cloudflare's Terms of Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, including lost scores or leaderboard positions, resulting from technical issues, outages, or account deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beat My IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beat My IQ from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@beatmyiq.com.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
